• The Skyclad Goddess™ is a Trademark. It is only to be used exclusively by Emily at The Skyclad Goddess™

                               Website Participant Terms and Conditions are as follows: 

• You agree to allow The Skyclad Goddess™ and Emily to make financial transactions for services. Refunds will only be issued if agreed to by both Emily and the client.
• Terms and Conditions for sessions is stated in the booking description
• The Skyclad Goddess™ is not to be used freely by anyone other than Emily at The Skyclad Goddess™
• Unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, any violence has a zero tolerance policy here at The Skyclad Goddess™
• Please inform Emily at The Skyclad Goddess™ if you would like to be removed from email lists at anytime
• This space is intended to be spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically safe and sacred. If you cannot adhere to this term you will be banned. 
• The Skyclad Goddess™ and Emily will not be held liable in any way. The recipient is fully responsible for their choices, health, well being and financial commitments. Purchase of any time or services is an agreement to these terms.
