A Safe & Sacred Space

My life has had so many detours. I feel like my whole human journey has been compiled of endless side quests. I grew up learning about metaphysical, tarot, energy and the occult from a young age. I was also a trained singer throughout junior high and high school. I even recorded an album in my yearly teens. Somewhere along the way, I took quite a side quest into the adult industry, where I not only made a name for myself, but also gained so much knowledge and wisdom through sometimes exciting, but mostly disappointing and painful experiences. Due to my early rooting in spirituality, the adventure of being an adult performer came to an end sooner than later. I feel that was divinely guided as I now perceive disappointments, cancellations, and abrupt endings as redirection and protection from the Divine. My Spirit was parched and my ego was bloated. I was hungry for more and for the realness that life had to offer. I had grown tired of the endless loop of searching for wholeness in the wrong places. I feel it is now time to "come out of the closet" with this part of my story because I feel so many people can benefit. People who are in the industry and thinking that there is no other way. Well, let me tell you, my friend, there is a whole beautiful world inside and outside yourself besides being totally consumed. Now, do not for one moment think I am taking a "holier than thou" stance. I have deep respect for anyone in that industry. I lived it. I survived it. Just like anything, there are beautiful aspects and down right devastating aspects. What I believe is that it is most important to find balance in life, whatever path you choose to take. I also feel my story can benefit those who have no clue about that industry or down right despise it. I see your side, and yes, parts of that industry can and have destroyed lives, relationships and the very stable fabric of peoples’ foundations. If p*rn has destroyed or destabilized your life in any way, I empathize deeply. It too destroyed so much of my life. It took me a long time to heal, and in many ways I am still healing. With self love and acceptance, I came through stronger on the other side. I can thank my conscious relationship with my spiritual path for that. My hope is that my story can assist in catalyzing a unification of opposites. That one day we may all be able to sit in a sacred circle and share our hearts, whatever lens you see from and help each other heal. That we can all be witnessed in love, awe, appreciation and understanding for each other's journeys. To share what we have healed and what we have learned.

Upon reuniting with my now husband (we met in chorus in junior high), I began what has become a 10+ year dedication to my spiritual path, being student and teacher simultaneously. Is there any other way? My husband supported me in every sense of the word from day one and has ever since, from helping me through battling addiction to completing  a 600 hr program at a local healing arts college in Tempe, Arizona. That program included 200 hours of yoga teacher training and 100 hours of yoga nidra training. The rest of my program was filled with classes like Tarot, Crystal healing, Hatha Gong™, and Reiki to name a few. There I spent years learning and unlearning through my yoga program. That training was literally life changing and dare I say lifesaving, as it helped me quit drinking. I use what I learned in my yoga teacher training every single day of my life.

During this time, I also began working at an awesome metaphysical bookstore that I grew up going to. I worked behind the counter, developing my intuitive abilities reading aura photos, and assisting people on their spiritual path. I loved the innocence and purity of guiding people, suggesting tarot cards, crystals, incense...anything that could help make their life feel a little more magickal and holy. I also taught seniors’ yoga for a few months.

I then move onto my longest side quest, whichI am still happily frockling through. I began my career as a professional Spiritual Guidance Counselor and Intuitive Tarot Card Reader at another cute little bookshop in the Phoenix valley. There I really was able to spread my wings and gain invaluable experience as a spiritual life coach and energy worker. I also hosted numerous Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing events there.

Then Covid hit. This sweet little shop that I had rooted into so deeply, with community, had to close its doors. It was lockdown time. I thought it was only going to be closed for a few months. I worked virtually, eagerly awaiting the reopening, which didn't come for a long time.  Ultimately, and with deep gratitude, I had to part ways with that wonderful space, as Spirit was guiding me to Sedona. Being locked down for so long paved the way for us to move up to the Verde Valley area, where I have spent the better part of the  last five years in my own office at a well-established spiritual center. It was such a blessed and rewarding time to be able to hold and create sacred space to thousands of people traveling to Sedona for its well known healing energy. I grew up going to that center as a kid with my dad. It was one of our favorite shops, and now I had the opportunity to work there (he is now at peace in the higher realms).

Besides the amazing opportunity to grow and build as a practitioner, having an office space at that location was like getting the last hug I never got to give to my dad before he passed. It was as though my office was my dad, embracing me for almost five years. I let go and grieved his death while at the same time blossomed and expanded my spiritual business. And then the time came to let go, again...

So I now, for the most part, have caught you up to the present moment in my life's journey. This NOW, is the most liminal and creative womb space I feel I have ever occupied, besides my time as a young singer. I am for the first time standing in my fullness and sovereignty as a small business owner and truly sharing my story with my clients and the world. I'll admit I feel vulnerable to be opening my heart to the world in this way, but it's really not about me at the end of the day...it's about the mission, the message, and path of liberation which can lead to profound healing. If my story can help just one person see the light at the end of their tunnel, I feel I have done my job.

I am in constant expansion and growth for what I am offering. I have learned that it is okay to change and I am allowed to rewrite my life's story as many times as I need to. I hope you know you can give yourself the same permission and freedom.

I now offer my services through my website, social media, Zoom and phone. I am enjoying the flow and freedom of creating a life that supports my health and wellbeing, while also being able to remain of service to my incredible clients. Without them, I wouldn't be able to sit here and share all this with you. Thank you to each and everyone of you. I appreciate you all immensely.

I would also like to take time to extend my deepest gratitude to every single person on my path that has guided, taught, nurtured, sheltered, supported, inspired, pushed, loved, and encouraged me for years and years. You know who you are and I will forever hold a place in my heart for you. Thank you for being so patient with me.

I also would like to thank the energies of light, dark, and all the shades in between. We are all just mirrors in shadow play. I am grateful for the darkness I have had to overcome again and again to make it to where I am today. If not for you, I wouldn't know my light or what a strong, powerful, and badass being I am.

I thank all the love that held me and all the pain that taught me.

So, there it is...my story in a nutshell. My hope is that it can inspire, open and soften your heart...even just a little. That you may be able to see yourself and your life's journey with new eyes. That you may be able to find your own nugget of wisdom through my story. That you may be able to find the courage and strength to stand tall and strong in your own individuality and personal sovereignty. To be able to be kind, gentle and compassionate towards yourself.
